REFUND POLICY

We solely receive return requests on products if you get damaged or defective items which is extremely rate as we pack them all diligently and carefully. In any other case we do not be give returns on steel. There are various reasons for this however the two important ones are:

• Damascus designs are proprietary property and as soon as anybody has them in their possession, the obtained samples and designs can be stolen and/or remade.
  
  
• We have observed that no one can reproduce our product except only when they have one in their hand. Therefore to shield ourselves from professional frauds, as soon as you purchase it you own it. However, we will still assess every return request case individually and are committed to providing the best customer service.
